Coaching with Josie had a profound impact on not only my career but my personal life as well. I have enjoyed our coaching for so many reasons. To start you created the space for me to really share and be open about the things that I wanted to improve and also what may have been getting in the way of accomplishing my goals. I appreciated that we worked to establish and identify more than just my business goals. We covered personal, family, health and well-being, and improving my relationships. Through our discussions and your coaching I created new habits and better outcomes in all of the goals I set. Having someone understand what I wanted to accomplish and digging deep each time to imagine what detailed steps I would take to get at those goals was the accountability I needed to make tangible progress. I also appreciated the introduction to meditation as well as your offer for me to do email/text check-ins to help keep on track. One of the breakthrough moments I had was when you were able to help me peel back the layers and understand how I thought about a certain issue, why I had concluded that (likely due to something that happened in my life) and how to let it go and think differently. This really helped me have more confidence and I’m so thankful for this discovery.

I was introduced to Josie through a work colleague. I was having some issues that were affecting my job performance and Josie was suggested to me as a person that may be able to help me sort through what was causing these issues. I had never spoken to a Life Coach before but, it seemed like a relatable concept to me. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Josie she made me feel at ease.
